Targum for Isaiah 15:7

עַל־כֵּ֖ן יִתְרָ֣ה עָשָׂ֑ה וּפְקֻדָּתָ֔ם עַ֛ל נַ֥חַל הָעֲרָבִ֖ים יִשָּׂאֽוּם׃

Therefore the abundance they have gotten, And that which they have laid up, Shall they carry away to the brook of the willows.

Therefore the remnant of their riches, shall be plundered; and their border, which is by the western sea, shall be taken from them.
