Targum for Isaiah 16:11
עַל־כֵּן֙ מֵעַ֣י לְמוֹאָ֔ב כַּכִּנּ֖וֹר יֶֽהֱמ֑וּ וְקִרְבִּ֖י לְקִ֥יר חָֽרֶשׂ׃
Wherefore my heart moaneth like a harp for Moab, And mine inward parts for Kir-heres.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Wherefore the bowels of the Moabites shall sound as a harp, and their heart shall mourn over the men of the city of their strength.
