Targum for Isaiah 19:15
וְלֹֽא־יִהְיֶ֥ה לְמִצְרַ֖יִם מַֽעֲשֶׂ֑ה אֲשֶׁ֧ר יַעֲשֶׂ֛ה רֹ֥אשׁ וְזָנָ֖ב כִּפָּ֥ה וְאַגְמֽוֹן׃ (ס)
Neither shall there be for Egypt any work, Which head or tail, palm-branch or rush, may do.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And the Egyptians shall have no king to reign, no prince, noble, governor, or ruler.
