Targum for Isaiah 24:7
אָבַ֥ל תִּיר֖וֹשׁ אֻמְלְלָה־גָ֑פֶן נֶאֶנְח֖וּ כָּל־שִׂמְחֵי־לֵֽב׃
The new wine faileth, the vine fadeth; All the merry-hearted do sigh.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
All that drink wine mourn, because the vines are broken down, all the merry-hearted sigh.
