Targum for Isaiah 30:16
וַתֹּ֨אמְר֥וּ לֹא־כִ֛י עַל־ס֥וּס נָנ֖וּס עַל־כֵּ֣ן תְּנוּס֑וּן וְעַל־קַ֣ל נִרְכָּ֔ב עַל־כֵּ֖ן יִקַּ֥לּוּ רֹדְפֵיכֶֽם׃
But ye said: ‘No, for we will flee upon horses’; Therefore shall ye flee; and: ‘We will ride upon the swift’; Therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And ye said: Nay, but we will flee on horses; therefore shall ye flee; and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they be swift that pursue you.
