Targum for Isaiah 30:9

כִּ֣י עַ֤ם מְרִי֙ ה֔וּא בָּנִ֖ים כֶּחָשִׁ֑ים בָּנִ֕ים לֹֽא־אָב֥וּ שְׁמ֖וֹעַ תּוֹרַ֥ת יְהוָֽה׃

For it is a rebellious people, lying children, children that refuse to hear the teaching of the LORD;

That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not receive the instruction of the law of the Lord:
