ראית [רָא֥וֹת] רַבּ֖וֹת וְלֹ֣א תִשְׁמֹ֑ר פָּק֥וֹחַ אָזְנַ֖יִם וְלֹ֥א יִשְׁמָֽע׃
Seeing many things, thou observest not; Opening the ears, he heareth not.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Ye see many things, but ye observe not; having your ears opened, but ye receive not instruction.
