Targum for Isaiah 8:10

עֻ֥צוּ עֵצָ֖ה וְתֻפָ֑ר דַּבְּר֤וּ דָבָר֙ וְלֹ֣א יָק֔וּם כִּ֥י עִמָּ֖נוּ אֵֽל׃ (ס)

Take counsel together, and it shall be brought to nought; Speak the word, and it shall not stand; For God is with us.

Take counsel together, yet it shall pass away; speak the word, and it shall not be established, because God is our help.
