Targum for Isaiah 9:10

וַיְשַׂגֵּ֧ב יְהוָ֛ה אֶת־צָרֵ֥י רְצִ֖ין עָלָ֑יו וְאֶת־אֹיְבָ֖יו יְסַכְסֵֽךְ׃

Therefore the LORD doth set upon high the adversaries of Rezin against him, and spur his enemies;

Therefore the Lord shall make strong the hatred of Rezin against him, and he will stir up his adversaries.
