Jeremiah 25:22 Targum

וְאֵת֙ כָּל־מַלְכֵי־צֹ֔ר וְאֵ֖ת כָּל־מַלְכֵ֣י צִיד֑וֹן וְאֵת֙ מַלְכֵ֣י הָאִ֔י אֲשֶׁ֖ר בְּעֵ֥בֶר הַיָּֽם׃

and all the kings of Tyre, and all the kings of Zidon, and the kings of the isle which is beyond the sea;
