Jeremiah 25:23 Targum

וְאֶת־דְּדָ֤ן וְאֶת־תֵּימָא֙ וְאֶת־בּ֔וּז וְאֵ֖ת כָּל־קְצוּצֵ֥י פֵאָֽה׃

Dedan, and Tema, and Buz, and all that have the corners of their hair polled;
