Targum for Lamentations 3:22
חַֽסְדֵ֤י יְהוָה֙ כִּ֣י לֹא־תָ֔מְנוּ כִּ֥י לֹא־כָל֖וּ רַחֲמָֽיו׃
Surely the LORD’S mercies are not consumed, Surely His compassions fail not.

The goodness of the Lord, for his mercies do not end nor have they ceased.
