סַכּ֤וֹתָה בֶֽעָנָן֙ לָ֔ךְ מֵעֲב֖וֹר תְּפִלָּֽה׃
Thou hast covered Thyself with a cloud, So that no prayer can pass through.

You have covered the heavens with your clouds of glory so that our prayers cannot cross to you.
