Targum for Lamentations 3:65
תִּתֵּ֤ן לָהֶם֙ מְגִנַּת־לֵ֔ב תַּאֲלָֽתְךָ֖ לָהֶֽם׃
Thou wilt give them hardness of heart, Thy curse unto them.

May you give them brokenness of heart and may your weariness wear them out.
