Targum for Lamentations 3:8
גַּ֣ם כִּ֤י אֶזְעַק֙ וַאֲשַׁוֵּ֔עַ שָׂתַ֖ם תְּפִלָּתִֽי׃
Yea, when I cry and call for help, He shutteth out my prayer.
