Targum for Leviticus 8:3
וְאֵ֥ת כָּל־הָעֵדָ֖ה הַקְהֵ֑ל אֶל־פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
and assemble thou all the congregation at the door of the tent of meeting.’

And let all the congregation gather together at the gate of the tabernacle of ordinance.
