Targum for Numbers 10:20

וְעַל־צְבָ֖א מַטֵּ֣ה בְנֵי־גָ֑ד אֶלְיָסָ֖ף בֶּן־דְּעוּאֵֽל׃

And over the host of the tribe of the children of Gad was Eliasaph the son of Deuel.

and the Rabba of the Beni Gad, Eljasaph bar Dehuel.
