Targum for Numbers 10:16

וְעַ֨ל־צְבָ֔א מַטֵּ֖ה בְּנֵ֣י זְבוּלֻ֑ן אֱלִיאָ֖ב בֶּן־חֵלֽוֹן׃

And over the host of the tribe of the children of Zebulun was Eliab the son of Helon.
