Targum for Numbers 11:9

וּבְרֶ֧דֶת הַטַּ֛ל עַל־הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֖ה לָ֑יְלָה יֵרֵ֥ד הַמָּ֖ן עָלָֽיו׃

And when the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell upon it.—

And when the dew came down on the camp by night, the manna descended upon it.
