Targum for Numbers 13:21

וַֽיַּעֲל֖וּ וַיָּתֻ֣רוּ אֶת־הָאָ֑רֶץ מִמִּדְבַּר־צִ֥ן עַד־רְחֹ֖ב לְבֹ֥א חֲמָֽת׃

So they went up, and spied out the land from the wilderness of Zin unto Rehob, at the entrance to Hamath.

They went up, therefore, and explored the country, from the wilderness of Zin, unto the roads by which thou comest unto Antiochia.
