Targum for Numbers 14:21

וְאוּלָ֖ם חַי־אָ֑נִי וְיִמָּלֵ֥א כְבוֹד־יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־כָּל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃

But in very deed, as I live—and all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD—

Nevertheless, by oath have I sworn that the whole earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord.
