Targum for Numbers 15:27

וְאִם־נֶ֥פֶשׁ אַחַ֖ת תֶּחֱטָ֣א בִשְׁגָגָ֑ה וְהִקְרִ֛יבָה עֵ֥ז בַּת־שְׁנָתָ֖הּ לְחַטָּֽאת׃

And if one person sin through error, then he shall offer a she-goat of the first year for a sin-offering.

And if any one man sin through ignorance, let him bring one goat of the year without mixture for a sin offering,
