Targum for Numbers 20:27

וַיַּ֣עַשׂ מֹשֶׁ֔ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר צִוָּ֣ה יְהוָ֑ה וַֽיַּעֲלוּ֙ אֶל־הֹ֣ר הָהָ֔ר לְעֵינֵ֖י כָּל־הָעֵדָֽה׃

And Moses did as the LORD commanded; and they went up into mount Hor in the sight of all the congregation.

And Mosheh did as the Lord commanded him. And they ascended Mount Umanom, in the view of all the congregation.
