וַיֹּ֥אמֶר בִּלְעָ֖ם אֶל־הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים בָּלָ֧ק בֶּן־צִפֹּ֛ר מֶ֥לֶךְ מוֹאָ֖ב שָׁלַ֥ח אֵלָֽי׃
And Balaam said unto God: ‘Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, hath sent unto me [saying]:

And Bileam said before the Lord, Balak bar Zippor, king of the Moabaee, hath sent messengers to me, saying:
