Targum for Numbers 22:3

וַיָּ֨גָר מוֹאָ֜ב מִפְּנֵ֥י הָעָ֛ם מְאֹ֖ד כִּ֣י רַב־ה֑וּא וַיָּ֣קָץ מוֹאָ֔ב מִפְּנֵ֖י בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And Moab was sore afraid of the people, because they were many; and Moab was overcome with dread because of the children of Israel.

And the Moabaee feared before the people greatly because they were many, and they were distressed in their life before the sons of Israel.
