Targum for Numbers 3:49

וַיִּקַּ֣ח מֹשֶׁ֔ה אֵ֖ת כֶּ֣סֶף הַפִּדְי֑וֹם מֵאֵת֙ הָעֹ֣דְפִ֔ים עַ֖ל פְּדוּיֵ֥י הַלְוִיִּֽם׃

And Moses took the redemption-money from them that were over and above them that were redeemed by the Levites;

And Mosheh took the redemption (money) of them who were above those who were released by the Levites,
