Targum for Numbers 31:15

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר אֲלֵיהֶ֖ם מֹשֶׁ֑ה הַֽחִיִּיתֶ֖ם כָּל־נְקֵבָֽה׃

And Moses said unto them: ‘Have ye saved all the women alive?

and Mosheh said to them, Why have you spared all the women?
