Targum for Numbers 31:31
וַיַּ֣עַשׂ מֹשֶׁ֔ה וְאֶלְעָזָ֖ר הַכֹּהֵ֑ן כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה׃
And Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the LORD commanded Moses.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
and Mosheh and Elazar the priest did as the Lord commanded Mosheh.
