Targum for Numbers 4:10
וְנָתְנ֤וּ אֹתָהּ֙ וְאֶת־כָּל־כֵּלֶ֔יהָ אֶל־מִכְסֵ֖ה ע֣וֹר תָּ֑חַשׁ וְנָתְנ֖וּ עַל־הַמּֽוֹט׃
And they shall put it and all the vessels thereof within a covering of sealskin, and shall put it upon a bar.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
And they shall put it and all its vessels in a covering of hyacinthine skin, and place it upon a rest.
