יִשָּׂ֨א יְהוָ֤ה ׀ פָּנָיו֙ אֵלֶ֔יךָ וְיָשֵׂ֥ם לְךָ֖ שָׁלֽוֹם׃ (ס)
The LORD lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
The Lord lift up His countenance upon thee in thy prayer, and grant thee peace in thy end.
