בְּיוֹם֙ שְׁנֵ֣ים עָשָׂ֣ר י֔וֹם נָשִׂ֖יא לִבְנֵ֣י נַפְתָּלִ֑י אֲחִירַ֖ע בֶּן־עֵינָֽן׃
On the twelfth day Ahira the son of Enan, prince of the children of Naphtali:
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
and on the twelfth day, Achira bar Enan, prince of the Beni Naphtali, offered.
