Targum for Obadiah 1:2
הִנֵּ֥ה קָטֹ֛ן נְתַתִּ֖יךָ בַּגּוֹיִ֑ם בָּז֥וּי אַתָּ֖ה מְאֹֽד׃
Behold, I make thee small among the nations; Thou art greatly despised.
Targum Jonathan on Obadiah
Behold, I will make you weak among the nations. You are highly contemptible.
