Targum for Proverbs 18:17

צַדִּ֣יק הָרִאשׁ֣וֹן בְּרִיב֑וֹ יבא־[וּבָֽא־] רֵ֝עֵ֗הוּ וַחֲקָרֽוֹ׃

He that pleadeth his cause first seemeth just; But his neighbour cometh and searcheth him out.
