Targum for Proverbs 11:28

בּוֹטֵ֣חַ בְּ֭עָשְׁרוֹ ה֣וּא יִפֹּ֑ל וְ֝כֶעָלֶ֗ה צַדִּיקִ֥ים יִפְרָֽחוּ׃

He that trusteth in his riches shall fall; But the righteous shall flourish as foliage.
