Targum for Proverbs 13:20

הלוך [הוֹלֵ֣ךְ] אֶת־חֲכָמִ֣ים וחכם [יֶחְכָּ֑ם] וְרֹעֶ֖ה כְסִילִ֣ים יֵרֽוֹעַ׃

He that walketh with wise men shall be wise; But the companion of fools shall smart for it.
