Targum for Psalms 2:6

וַ֭אֲנִי נָסַ֣כְתִּי מַלְכִּ֑י עַל־צִ֝יּ֗וֹן הַר־קָדְשִֽׁי׃

'Truly it is I that have established My king upon Zion, My holy mountain.'

"And I have anointed My king, and appointed him over My Sanctuary."
