Targum for Ruth 1:18
וַתֵּ֕רֶא כִּֽי־מִתְאַמֶּ֥צֶת הִ֖יא לָלֶ֣כֶת אִתָּ֑הּ וַתֶּחְדַּ֖ל לְדַבֵּ֥ר אֵלֶֽיהָ׃
And when she saw that she was stedfastly minded to go with her, she left off speaking unto her.
Aramaic Targum to Ruth
When she saw that she insisted upon going with her, she ceased to dissuade her.
