Targum for Psalms 16:2

אָמַ֣רְתְּ לַֽ֭יהוָה אֲדֹנָ֣י אָ֑תָּה ט֝וֹבָתִ֗י בַּל־עָלֶֽיךָ׃

I have said unto the LORD: 'Thou art my Lord; I have no good but in Thee';

You have spoken – you, my soul – in the presence of the LORD. You are my God, truly my goodness is not present without you.
