Targum for Psalms 92:8
בִּפְרֹ֤חַ רְשָׁעִ֨ים ׀ כְּמ֥וֹ עֵ֗שֶׂב וַ֭יָּצִיצוּ כָּל־פֹּ֣עֲלֵי אָ֑וֶן לְהִשָּֽׁמְדָ֥ם עֲדֵי־עַֽד׃
When the wicked spring up as the grass, And when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; It is that they may be destroyed for ever.
Aramaic Targum to Psalms
While the wicked flourish like grass and all workers of deceit blossom, God is going to destroy them forever.
