וַיְהִי֙ עַם־הָאָ֔רֶץ מְרַפִּ֖ים יְדֵ֣י עַם־יְהוּדָ֑ה ומבלהים [וּֽמְבַהֲלִ֥ים] אוֹתָ֖ם לִבְנֽוֹת׃

Mas el pueblo de la tierra debilitaba las manos del pueblo de Judá, y los arredraban de edificar.

the people of the land They are the adversaries of Judah and Benjamin.
