הִנֵּ֣ה ׀ סַעֲרַ֣ת יְהוָ֗ה חֵמָה֙ יָֽצְאָ֔ה וְסַ֖עַר מִתְחוֹלֵ֑ל עַ֛ל רֹ֥אשׁ רְשָׁעִ֖ים יָחֽוּל׃
He aquí que la tempestad de SEÑOR saldrá con furor; y la tempestad que está aparejada, caerá sobre la cabeza de los malos.

a whirling A resting storm, a storm which seeks to rest, and it shall rest on the heads of the wicked.
