וְהָאֹרֵ֣ב הֵחִ֔ישׁוּ וַֽיִּפְשְׁט֖וּ אֶל־הַגִּבְעָ֑ה וַיִּמְשֹׁךְ֙ הָאֹרֵ֔ב וַיַּ֥ךְ אֶת־כָּל־הָעִ֖יר לְפִי־חָֽרֶב׃
Entonces las emboscadas acometieron prestamente Gabaa, y se extendieron, y pasaron á cuchillo toda la ciudad.

The ambushers sounded the signal. The shofar blast. Another interpretation: With the shofar, they drew the people with them to the city.
