רְאֵ֣ה עָ֭נְיִי וַעֲמָלִ֑י וְ֝שָׂ֗א לְכָל־חַטֹּאותָֽי׃

Mira mi aflicción y mi trabajo:  Y perdona todos mis pecados.

See my affliction and my toil and through them, forgive all my sins.
