וָאֹמַ֖ר מַה־הִ֑יא וַיֹּ֗אמֶר זֹ֤את הָֽאֵיפָה֙ הַיּוֹצֵ֔את וַיֹּ֕אמֶר זֹ֥את עֵינָ֖ם בְּכָל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃
Y dije: ¿Qué es? Y él dijo: Este es <span class="x" onmousemove="Show('perush','El Rambam explica esta parte del versículo en el <b>7º Capítulo</b> de Las Leyes de los Fundamentos de la Torá.',event);" onmouseout="Close();">un epha</span> que sale. Además dijo: Este es el ojo de ellos en toda la tierra.

And he said, “This is [the punishment of those] whose eye [gazes] over the entire land” And, after I saw it, he said, “This is the measure by which punishment was meted out to those whose eyes were over the entire land, to rob and to oppress, to make the ephah smaller and to make the shekel larger; and punishment was meted out to them, a measure for a measure.”
