Halakhah sobre Oseas 1:4

Chofetz Chaim

And all this applies only if the one who saw him were better than he. But if he were a sinner such as he, and also "sick" in such transgressions as he, it is forbidden [for him] to expose him. For the intent of a man like this in revealing his hidden things is not for the sake of good and fear [of the L–rd], but to rejoice in the other's misfortune and to shame him for it. About such things it has already been said (Hoshea 1:4): "And I shall visit the blood of Yizre'el upon the house of Yehu." For even though Yehu performed a mitzvah by cutting off the house of Achav in Yizre'el, having been commanded to do so by a prophet (for which he was awarded the kingdom for four generation, as it is written [II Kings 10:30]: "Because you have done to the house of Achav as was in My heart, children of the fourth generation after you shall sit upon the throne of Israel,") still, the blood of Achav was visited upon him in the end, for he, too, was a great offender.
