וַיֹּאמֶר֩ שַׂר־צְבָ֨א יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־יְהוֹשֻׁ֗עַ שַׁל־נַֽעַלְךָ֙ מֵעַ֣ל רַגְלֶ֔ךָ כִּ֣י הַמָּק֗וֹם אֲשֶׁ֥ר אַתָּ֛ה עֹמֵ֥ד עָלָ֖יו קֹ֣דֶשׁ ה֑וּא וַיַּ֥עַשׂ יְהוֹשֻׁ֖עַ כֵּֽן׃
Y el Príncipe del ejército de SEÑOR repondió á Josué: Quita tus zapatos de tus pies; porque el lugar donde estás es santo. Y Josué lo hizo así.

If one filled a cup of wine from the vat and intended to remove it (Shaloto) from the skins and seeds, it is "drawing." Likewise, if one put a basket into the vat or a trodden tub, it is called "drawing" (Sefer HaTerumah and Semag), because the clear wine enters the basket and is separated from the skins and seeds. But if one took the skins along with the wine, it is not "drawing," and even if an idolater took them together, it is permitted to return the remainder.
