Zohar Chadash

As it is stated (in a baraita): At the time that Rabbi Chiya the Great said, “When the Holy One, blessed be He, said to Noah, ‘Go out from the ark,’ he said before Him, ‘Master of the world, to what will I go out, should I go out to a cursed ground? And because it was cursed, its dwellers were destroyed; and they were all cursed and declined.’ The Holy One, blessed be He, said, ‘You are not like that. Rather, swarm in the earth and multiply in it (Genesis 9:7). Others were destroyed in it, but you shall be fruitful and multiply and swarm in it.”
