לָ֤מָּה תִֽהְיֶה֙ כְּאִ֣ישׁ נִדְהָ֔ם כְּגִבּ֖וֹר לֹא־יוּכַ֣ל לְהוֹשִׁ֑יעַ וְאַתָּ֧ה בְקִרְבֵּ֣נוּ יְהוָ֗ה וְשִׁמְךָ֛ עָלֵ֥ינוּ נִקְרָ֖א אַל־תַּנִּחֵֽנוּ׃ (ס)
¿Por qué has de ser como hombre atónito, y como valiente que no puede librar? tú empero estás entre nosotros, oh SEÑOR, y sobre nosotros es invocado tu nombre; no nos desampares.

If they have perverted their actions willfully and wickedly, [then] by virtue of every fitting attribute, let Your heart be moved to deliver them; “Arise cry out aloud in the night”15Lamentations 2:19. to the Almighty, the Deliverer. “Why should You be like a man confused, like a mighty man that cannot save.”16Jeremiah 14:9.
