וַיַּ֧הַס כָּלֵ֛ב אֶת־הָעָ֖ם אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֑ה וַיֹּ֗אמֶר עָלֹ֤ה נַעֲלֶה֙ וְיָרַ֣שְׁנוּ אֹתָ֔הּ כִּֽי־יָכ֥וֹל נוּכַ֖ל לָֽהּ׃
Entonces Caleb hizo callar el pueblo delante de Moisés, y dijo: Subamos luego, y poseámosla; que más podremos que ella.

The author here quotes Rashi as explaining that the words עלה נעלה, "we will surely ascend," meant that even if they had to climb up to the heavens, with the help of G–d this would all be possible –
