וְהִקְרִ֛יב הַמַּקְרִ֥יב קָרְבָּנ֖וֹ לַֽיהוָ֑ה מִנְחָה֙ סֹ֣לֶת עִשָּׂר֔וֹן בָּל֕וּל בִּרְבִעִ֥ית הַהִ֖ין שָֽׁמֶן׃
Entonces el que ofreciere su ofrenda á SEÑOR, traerá por presente una décima de un epha de flor de harina, amasada con la cuarta parte de un hin de aceite;

The one bringing his offering. The person bringing the offering prepares the flour and oil, but the one doing the Divine service is the kohein.
